Objectives:

As a Neuro-ID (NID) subject matter expert the Sr. Sales Engineer is expected to help customers understand the value of our solutions. By discovering the needs and desires of the customer, proposing and architecting a valid solution, and by demonstrating and validating the suggested solution through presentations, demos and PoCs. The Sales Engineer is expected to provide support to the NID sales teams in defining strategies for successful sales and implementations of NIDs solutions. The NID sales engineer is expected to present to technical and non-technical customer audiences, including product managers, fraud analysts and senior level management, to educate them on the benefits of behavior, NIDs’ solutions, as well as share industry best practices for operationalizing Behavior as a Service.


Your Focus:

  • Deliver sales and technical pre-sales support to customers, channel partners and technology partners
  • Host web presentations and online demonstrations to customers and internal sales teams
  • Develop customer facing product and solution demonstrations that can be replicated by other SEs.
  • Scope, plan and execute Neuro ID Proof of Concepts
  • Collaborate with the product team and data scientists to determine technical requirements for new applications, services, and integrations.
  • Work with a team of uniquely talented sales engineers, behavioral analysts, data scientists and product managers who love learning, experimenting, and pushing the limits.
  • Participate in building an outstanding company culture that focuses on the human engine inside Neuro-ID and enables you to do the best work of your career.

About You:

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Pre Sales Engineer
  • You have general knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise security principals
  • You have experience with at least one of the following; SQL, JavaScript, Scripting, Data Visualization, RESTful API knowledge
  • You are persuasive in front of customers
  • You can manage your own time, and can both work well independently and also as part of a collaborative team.
  • You enjoy collaborating with your fellow sales engineers, behavioral analysts, data scientists and product managers to solve complex problems.
  • You look to find new and innovative ways to tackle complex problems through thorough experimentation.

Bonus:

  • You have experience as an web architect, application developer, HTML Web Developer or systems administrator
  • You have experience with Fraud, Risk, Payments, Identity/Account protection solutions
  • You have experience working with geographically distributed sales and sales engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with AWS (Athena, Dynamo, etc.) and Snowflake
