Objectives:

Pipeline is the life blood of the revenue engine and your team is the tip of that spear. As the BDR Manager, you need to have a proven playbook you can execute against for BDR lead generation that enables your team to be effective and efficient. You should also lead by example, encouraging and fostering an environment of creativity, resourcefulness, and the unyielding drive to succeed. You need experience combining modern tools, content, world-class teammates, and focused enablement to win every day. You are a leader and builder and work in a company that respects and appreciates you showing up every day and leading a team of people in one of the hardest roles in the tech industry. As a BDR Manager at Neuro-ID, you are a key member of the revenue engine and go-to-market team, working in partnership with Direct Sales Team and Marketing to build entire markets through prescriptive messaging and creativity to connect with key contacts in your target accounts that lead to engagements and qualified opportunities. Your unyielding drive to win is only rivaled by your selfless team-first attitude.

The BDRs on your team at Neuro-ID will be key members of verticalized pods, working closely with Account Executives to develop account plans, messaging, and creative ways to connect with the right contact at the right account and schedule meetings. These will be highly targeted prospecting campaigns for named accounts within their assigned vertical(s). Each BDR may have the opportunity to support multiple verticals and possibly multiple teams/Account Executives.

  • Fuel hypergrowth
  • Meaningfully contribute to hitting our growth targets and upgrading the digital world with behavior
  • Implement a playbook to build predictable, scalable, repeatable, and effective outbound prospecting playbooks to drive organizational growth.
  • Manage your team to key activities and metrics that lead to pipeline expansion for Neuro-ID by finding qualified opportunities over the phone, email, and social interaction


About You:

  • 2+ Years Managing a BDR Team
  • 1+ Year as a BDR
  • Existing & Proven BDR Playbook
  • Familiarity with key prospecting technologies
  • Highly Organized
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience bringing new ideas to market
